The 29th board of Bonaparte is a group of motivated people from all over the world and country, that have decided to step up to lead Bona into this new year. We all have wildly different experiences that we bring together to make this year of Bonaparte fun for everyone! From debates to events, from social activities to EU-regulations. We use all our expertise to organize some great events and of course some amazing social activities, making this another Bona year for the books!
Lina Fefer - Chair
Lina is from Slovenia and is currently studying Political Science. Debate has more or less taken over her life, whether she’s teaching high schoolers or spending almost every weekend at a tournament, she’s always involved in one form or another. Lina has definitely left her mark on the association, most notably by introducing a series of horse-related motions and making the horse the official animal of the association. As a true political science student, she also has a strong interest in China and talks about it weirdly a lot. If you want to chat about horses, China or literally anything else, she is the person to find!

Boaz Breebaart - Secretary/vice-chair
Matej Marek - Debate Commissioner

Tristan van Dansik - PR Commissioner
As voted as Bona's 'sunshine' in De Redenaar, he is always in a good mood, full of energy and motivated to bring new projects to life (like our newspaper De Redenaar). Debating runs through his veins and is his legacy. Not just because he did it since highschool, but both his sisters have also been part of Bonaparte before! He is not only there for PR, but loves to come up with new debate formats (and make debate fun!).
If you don't find him at Bona, he is probably busy with his Urban planning studies or one of his other million interests.
Jan-Gosse Bootsma – Social Commissioner
This is Gosse, our Social Commissionair. He organizes the socials, the fun activities outside of debating. He studied Psychology and Philosophy, but now he does a pre-Master in Urban Planning. Gosse came to Bonaparte for convivality, and he stayed for it aswel. You can always have a laugh with him. If you have an idea or if you want to undertake something social yourself, you can always ask him for help!
