Tournaments
As Bonapartians, we encourage you to participate in debate tournaments, both national and international. Bonaparte also organises multiple amazing tournaments during the year, which you can read more about over here.
Enhance your debating skills
Do you want to expand your bag of tricks to convince others? Or do you enjoy talking everyone's ears off? Then come debate to learn how to structure your story, how best to present and have the most fun time of your life.
Make friends for life
As an association with about 70 active members, it is easy to get to know each other and make friends. It doesn't have to stay purely platonic of course, we have already welcomed a number of 'Bona Babies' into this world!
Participate in tournaments
Most tournaments last an entire weekend, where you will debate, socialise and eat with people from all over the world. There are also always crash spots available if you live far away, which basically means there are slumber parties. Bonaparte is known for always sending large delegations to tournaments, so you are never on your own!
Book a course
As a debate association, we also give debate-related courses to high schools, MBOs, HBOs, universities, companies and municipalities. These courses are taught by experienced teachers who are both long-time debaters and have been with Bonaparte for a long time. Our courses are rated an average of 8.9!
